HaxeNeuQuant is a color quantization library that uses Neural-Net quantization algorithm by Anthony Dekker.
Flash demo It uses AsWing for UI so it’s size so big. The size of quantization library is 7Kb.
To install use haxelib: haxelib install neuquant.
For action script (flash only) developers: you can use compiled swf-library.
