In simple terms, this is like an APB. For example a hospital is in need of a rare Blood group donor, oxygen or whatever — they can broadcast the urgent need and all listening parities can receive and respond.
To start your Phoenix server:
- Run
mix setupto install and setup dependencies - Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phx.serveror inside IEx withiex -S mix phx.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
