This PR will fix the failed test in Scheduled-Production as well as the loading page issue before the testing -
cy.visit() failed trying to load.Also, production site-related action YAML files are updated. The checkout source target is now using the latest deployment commit. This will avoid production portal testing failure caused by test case updating before promotion.
