Adds FHEM support to OctoPrint-PSUControl as a sub-plugin

Setup

• Install the plugin using pip install "https://github.com/nils-org/OctoPrint-PSUControl-FHEM/archive/main.zip"
• Configure this plugin
• Select this plugin as a Switching and/or Sensing method in PSU Control

Status

Experimental !

Development

in docker:

• create the octoprint_data folder
• docker compose up
• connect to http://localhost:8080.
