Npcap 0.03 r3: Fixed the BAD_POOL_CALLER BSoD, this BSoD is cause by loopback packet capture code based on WFP technique, NdisRetreatNetBufferListDataStart function retreated too much buffer and caused Windows netio module to double-free memories
