Alpha pre-release

This is a pre-release as windows packages are still not complete.

This release integrates several features together including:

• Network control via arpspoof (tested on linux and osx)
• Porting code for packet and devices capturing to windows.

Initial Combined Views

Combined devices and packets views into one client application. Still many small issues and some features to be resolved before RC1. Also this needs to be tested again on windows, mac.
