SF Mono has been the default Terminal.app font since macOS Sierra in 2016 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_(sans-serif_typeface)#SF_Mono).
I'm hoping enough time has passed that we can start defaulting to SF Mono in the
Nord.terminaltheme?
