A PR to upgrade NounsDescriptor.sol to one that gives the DAO the ability to update single traits without having to redeploy the entire descriptor contract suite. This was a requested feature after it was noticed that some 8/8 anniversary traits were incorrectly imported and added to the current descriptor.
