The major difference between the previous series 4.0.x and this one, is that 4.1.x series requires a PHP version equal or greater than 7.1.3 and the used Symfony components are upgraded from 3.4.x to 4.2.x.

The API offered by 4.1.x is the same as the latest 4.0.x series, then we hope the applications upgrade will be seamless.
