emacs-bin-*.tar.gz are compiled for the Travis CI environment (the one without sudo).
emacs-bin-X.Y.tar.gz is a stable release.
emacs-bin-26-prerelease.tar.gz is the latest pretest or RC from the emacs-26 branch.
emacs-bin-26.tar.gz and emacs-bin-master.tar.gz are from the tips of emacs-26 and master branches, respectively.
