A description field for exams

It would help if, when updating the exam package for resource, I could set an optional description to explain what's different. Coming back to a resource with many versions, it can be hard to see which version corresponds to a particular error, and which were uploaded while debugging.

It would be good to be able to hide exam versions which have no description and aren't used by any attempts.
