This is an exploration on how to update/set runtime config within a running server process, see #640 for more information.
The current implementation uses a Nuxt plugin to listen to the signal and update the
process.envdirectly, the added tests confirm that this works in server routes. The Nuxt plugin resides inside the fixture at the moment which is not ideal.
