injecting PL environment variable into workspace settings file

• handling the 3 environment variable
• retrieving settings file from the workspaces\main\development\settings\eclipse\workspace\productionLine
• updating the settings file with environment variables.
  I parse 3 settings file (prefs extension file - for Sonar, xmi extension file - for Jenkins and text extension file - for gerrit)
• coping the settings file to .metadata folder of the workspace
