Discuss PrettyFaces & Rewrite Project organization

Decided to merge PrettyFaces codebase into Rewrite project (faces integration) for technical simplicity reasons. We will discuss how to continue branding w/PrettyFaces once we have established things the way we want them to be, with the functionality we want to deliver/release.

New modules will be named:

rewrite-config-annotations-api  -> rewrite-annotations-api
rewrite-config-annotations-impl -> rewrite-annotations-impl

prettyfaces-annotations
  -> rewrite-config-annotations
  -> rewrite-integration-faces-annotations

prettyfaces-shiro -> rewrite-security-integration-shiro

PrettyFaces will likely continue as a brand only, with some backwards compatibility support (if needed,) but all new functionality will be implemented and maintained in Rewrite.
