0.2.0 Prerelease

This updates the program for use with a newer core version, which itself is not released yet.

First Release

This marks the initial release of the ohua-show tool with support for outputting Ohua graphs as dot files or images.

Caveats

There is a known issue with the preview command failing silently, see Issue #1.
