This PR patches SignalError to be detectable via errors.As, and provides a better alternative ErrSignal that can be used with errors.Is. It also adds a ContextHandler as suggested in #24 , and bumps the version of Go to 1.20.
These changes should be backwards compatible, so I'll tag the merged version as v1.2.0.
