Bump jetbrains compose to 1.6.11, compose compiler to 1.5.13, compose ui to 1.6.7, compose foundation to 1.6.7.
Since we are still using Kotlin version 1.9.23, specifying the Compose Compiler version is necessary.
In the previous PR #92, there was an issue with the Compose Compiler version, which is being fixed in this update.
