  • Added support for subfolder domains (Requested by #11)
    • To use a server with a subfolder/path, simply enter the domain + path into the server address field, ex: myserver.com/media

Sorry for lack of updates and whatnot, I've been busy with other hobbies and other things that I cannot control.
