the conflict error of mmdet3d version

when i use mmdet3d docker ,it can run directly, but when i change the way to pycharm tools,it occured the error

and my environment is using the same one!!! Then i use conda create a virtual environment in my pc, and i install packages as following(the same in docker cotainer)

the error still occured.Is there a clear matching relationship for mmdet3d mmcv mmengine pytorch? thanks in advance!
