以下で追加した従動輪のモデルをこちらのレポジトリに反映

vehicleが不足していたので追加
ただし，以下の行を相対パスで指定する方法がわからなかったので，これは環境に応じて変更することが必要
$(find simulator)などROSのチュートリアルに書かれていることはほぼ試したがエラーを解消できなかった．
SDFのバグかもしれない．
