This is the second hotfix for 2019.1. It includes the following fixes:
Otherwise it also includes that found in 2019.1 and 2019.1.1.
NOTE: If you wish to use the upgrader (tle-upgrade-2019.1.r20191122.2019.1.2-Stable.OSE.zip) please rename the file to: tle-upgrade-2019.1.r20191122 (2019.1.2-Stable.OSE).zip. (Unfortunately GitHub does not support parentheses, however the oEQ Resource Centre requires them.)
