Update to v0.1.0. The pipeline is stable and we don't anticipate any major API changes at this point. Should probably do v1 but will hold off on that for another month or so.

First stable release of the pipeline.

This version of the software has been used in production for several months now. All of the major bugs and errors seem to be hammered out at this point.

Alpha release

Release tied to the alpha version of the Phoenix event dataset. This software works and has been running for weeks with no bugs discovered.
