fix(planet.ver): unpin planet version

I have unpinned the planet version and now it works on my local dev env.
Let the tests run.

• Issues:
  • close the planet version is outdated and prevent the conda-forge buid to complete #936
  • close planet get_items method crashes with planet==2.7 #920
