Similarity Check

Similarity Check is a service that can check submitted articles for plagiarism and is handled by the iThenticate service.

Once you have signed up you can insert your username and password and Janeway will present options on the Unassigned Article page to send an article to iThenticate and, once it has been sent, options to view the report without having to give login details out to each Editor (this is handled via iThenticate's API).

iThenticate operations are handled by utils.ithenticate.py
