[Enhancements] add query enhancements plugin

Description

Adding the query enhancements plugin for future playground.

This plugin is built targeting the version 2.15 of OpenSearch Dashboards even though:

Not sure if this is expected but built to 2.15 assuming the version. i see the google analytics plugin is built for 3.0.0 so if I need to update the version on the zip, lemme know!
