Added 3 build stages:

  * os - OS only
  * deps - All required dependencies
  * inst - Everything installed and ready for development
Added ability to create AMI from running AWS instance
Added ability to rename and stop an AWS instance
Added Ability to lookup instance based on tag and start the latest one (AWS only)
Added ability to download logs and rpm artifacts
Modified build script to collect SRPMs along with RPMs
