This DT ...

  • Uses OCP Metal3 to provision the compute nodes over redfish-virtualmedia.
  • Deploys the two pairs of compute nodes in separate networks - routed/spine-and-leaf architecture.

Depends-On: openstack-k8s-operators/ci-framework#2425
