Otherwise old entries will linger when the service is reloaded.
This option blocks pulseaudio from auto-loading modules, which prevents Bluetooth audio (i.e. using your router as a Bluetooth speaker) from working.

Description:
I'm using my router as a Bluetooth speaker. The changes in this PR fix two problems that I've encountered.
This is the same as PR#25626, on top of the 24-10 branch because IMHO it makes sense to include this in the next release.
