Create Brandenburg-DOP20c.json This adds the areal images of Brandenburg, which have been available for a while now; based on the information from https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/Germany#BrandenburgGeoBasis-DELGBDTM1m, extended with updated date information.
