fix #31 連結的部分，原長度計算方式有可能出錯，修正clipboard text不是 '\0'結尾
AppVeyor改成使用buildlogger，可以看到過程的輸出，更好debug
unicode的部分應該不會想修了，如果不想要就丟掉commit吧
我把寫死ansi部分改成T系列generic
確保我有改錯下，ansi build還是不改變
我覺得應該只能用ansi，否則就有一堆要處理的就寫死ansi (有加註解 //ANSI hack)
