I can purchase a certificate for us and add SSL endpoint in heroku

We can move this project under https once we have a domain set up (#30). We can also use StartSSL (per Sean's recommendation) to get a free SSL certificate that will cover our needs.

SSL-add-on is a paid service on Heroku (https://elements.heroku.com/addons/ssl).

We have a verified SSL certificate that can be integrated as soon as we purchase the add-on service.

Heroku dyno ownership transfer request to @choquette33 is created. This issue will be postponed until the SSL-add-on is purchased.

From today, SSL service is free on Heroku for Hobby or Professional Dyno.
