Description
Officially support Ruby 3.3 🥳.
Ruby 3.3 couldn't be supported straight away because the google-protobuf gem at the locked version didn't support Ruby 3.3.
The version 4.26.0 is the first one that officially supported Ruby 3.3 :)

Should we drop support for Ruby 2.6, 2.7 and 3.0 since they are EOL?
