This failed on MacOS with an error that seems related, but I don't quite follow what it wants: Do we have different versions of rust between linux and mac in CI or does mac rust not support this value for |
Cargo.toml debug options changed, so update to use them.

This is pgrx v0.10.0-beta.3. The 4th beta in our series that includes Postgres 16 support. In this release, Postgres 16 support has been updated to pg16beta3. To work with this beta please install `cargo-pgrx` with `cargo install cargo-pgrx --version 0.10.0-beta.3 --locked` and update the pgrx dependency versions in any extension crates. This is the final release of v0.10.0. Thanks everyone for the beta testing, pull requests, issues, and patience. This reduces the size of target after running tests from ~8GB to ~5GB, and makes them complete a good amount faster (generating debug info is slow). It only really makes a difference if you're going to use a debugger, in which case perhaps you should just turn that flag off.
The size and speed saving make me think it should be done generally, rather than only for CI.
