Move contribution links to the bottom of the documentation pages, add some styling to make it stand out of the rest of the page and link one of the contribution READMEs. This is a minimal implementation of the second item on the 2024 Documentation Roadmap.

Please note that this PR depends on this Phd PR.

The rendered contribution section is inserted between the main content and the user notes of each page and currently looks like this:

I'm going to wait a bit before merging this, as I don't know how the web-php and PhD repos really interact.
