Starting Guide ( Install and Quick Start )

It's easy to install and easy to use :-)

1. First please download the script from github: https://github.com/allianceport/adobe

2. Then move the file "Guides Generator.jsx" to your Photoshop folder: Applications > Adobe Photoshop > Presets > Script

3. Launch or restart photoshop

4. Open a new document

5. Now under the menu File > Script, you should see "Guides Generator". Click and welcome to the wizard :-)

A dialog box appears. You can change the settings as you want:

• Column (Width, Height): Width and height of the column ( pixels )
• Start Position (X, Y): Start point of the grid (position in pixels, left top )
• Column Numbers: The number of columns ( the 'auto' range will automatically adjust the columns to fit the active document )
• Column space (X, Y): space between columns ( pixels )
