A menu simulator for Decrypt9 and EmuNAND9
Currently displays the bottom screen menu structure and displays the currently loaded file on the top screen
#Building Requires that you have a standard 3ds compilation environment set up on your computer
All that is required after the environment is set up is just a "make" in the directory with the makefile
