Changes

This PR updates structure.sql files generated with mix ecto.dump

It might be useful to people who need to get the "raw" SQL either to fix their schemas (e.g. add missing columns) or to modify migrations for their use case (e.g. clustering):

With getting this into the next release, I would just be able to point people to these files when they request a way to get the raw SQL :)
