• Implemented a VERY loose <tp:mixed-nomenclature> as an alternative to the strict, element only<tp:nomenclature> The new element allows zero or more PCDATA and the nomenclature children in any order. See #52 and commit 1bf401e
• Version 1.0.0 extends version 1.3 of the Journal Publishing Tag Set. Previous versions were based on JATS Publishing 1.1 and earlier (see #41)
• Tag and attribute descriptions under documentation/ updated and textual descriptions of TaxPub elements added. Available at: http://taxpub.org/v1-0/taglibrary/index.html#p=elem-tp-taxon-treatment (see #72)
• derived "flat" version of dtd generated using dtdflatten

Fixes:

• Numerous duplicate attribute definitions were removed (see #68 and 5a0ace6 )

Known Issues

• The <x> element in <tp:nomenclature> causes validation errors from xmllint/libxml validator #76
• @hreflang seems to be missing from JATS elements in TaxPub #77
