- Install the latest sphinx with python2 .
- Download the desired python distribution.
- Build the info file as follows.
cd Python-x.y.z/Doc
sphinx-build -b texinfo -d build/doctrees . build/texinfo
cd build/texinfo && makeOr use the Makefile.
