Extract genes associated to go slims and convert them to gmt format using PomBase API.
- Install dependencies
poetry install. See https://python-poetry.org/docs/ - Activate virtual environment
poetry shell. - Download the data
bash get_data.sh(you need bash and curl). - Make the files in results folder:
bash make_all_gmt_files.sh
