What it does

Extract genes associated to go slims and convert them to gmt format using PomBase API.

How to run

• Install dependencies poetry install. See https://python-poetry.org/docs/
• Activate virtual environment poetry shell.
• Download the data bash get_data.sh (you need bash and curl).
• Make the files in results folder: bash make_all_gmt_files.sh
