Added "Menu" to Windows and Linux.
- Menu is visible by pressing Alt. It is also available by right clicking the tray icon on Windows.
- Options including "Window resizable" and "Window always on top" are moved to the menu.
Moving your mouse over equipment icons on the main panel will now prompt equipment stats.
