version 1.0 Beta 7

Just download the source code and you're ready to go.

This depends on ELSE 1.0 beta 17 (https://github.com/porres/pd-else/releases/tag/v1.0-beta17) - get it directly from Pd (Help => Find Externals).

Changes include: - reorganization (most of all, I'm now including a third and unfinished vol. 3!); - reviews (filter section, reverberation section, FM); new convolution examples that use the new and fixed [conv~] object from ELSE 1.0 beta-17.
