Just download the source code and you're ready to go.

This depends on the ELSE library, version 1.0 beta 18 (https://github.com/porres/pd-else/releases/tag/v1.0-beta18) - get it directly from Pd (Help => Find Externals).

Changes include:

  • Reorganization (most of all, I'm getting rid of the 3rd volum and putting things back into vol2 for now).
  • There's now an appendix that currently includes a Data Structures quick start.
  • Reviews and new examples in the dynamics, filter and reverberation section, that now include new objects from ELSE: [compress~]/[expand~]/[duck~] (dynamics), ([allpass.filt~]/[phaser~] (filters) & [echo.rev~]/[fdn.rev~]/[mono.rev~]/[stereo.rev~]/[free.rev~]/[giga.rev~] (reverbs).
  • The tutorial also uses new/updated examples that include other new objects from the latest ELSE update ([spectrograph~], [chorus~], [maxpeak~], [rand.seq]), or new functionalities like being able to plot cascading filters in [biplot].
