add ps2sdk installation youtube tutorials

I made 14 videos on how to install the PS2SDK Homebrew in Brazilian Portuguese. Now I'm finishing the English version.

I wish the community had a step-by-step tutorial because I didn't have that chance. It would be very interesting to have a tutorial for new users.

Somebody needs to review the video if it doesn't contain something violating ps2dev rules. The idea is, if ps2dev adds some links, then ps2dev becomes responsible for it's content.

Personally I think it isn't really a great idea because videos on youtube can't be easily updated. (It is easier to update text and graphics)

@uyjulian I completely understand your ideia. Videos could be hard to update them. But If this pull request is approved, I promise to update this playlist when the PS2SDK Homebrew news comes out

@AKuHAK I completely understand your ideia too. If anyone could review the videos I would be grateful. This playlist would greatly help new users to install the full PS2SDK Hombrew environment. Every new developer or software engineer spends hours installing the PS2SDK development environment until the first example appears on the screen. This difficulty is precisely because even tutorials (texts) nothing is clear. Video is more intuitive and straight to the point

I leave here my "commitment" that if there is any update in the "installation" of PS2SDK Homebrew, this playlist will be updated

I just want new PS2SDK Homebrew users to not go through what I went through (1 month to install the entire development environment) so they can start making their first projects

I hope you think carefully about the decision. If you need anything, you can let me know using the contact below and I will be ready to come up with new ideas
