获取是否有未完成签到的信息。注，旨在获取信息。
如果有未完成的签到，显示跟有未读消息一样的提示：1. 顶部一键打开有未读消息的站点，2. 站点图标上显示一个圆点，3. 未读消息的标签筛选。
如果未读消息数量在(0,10)之间，还是会显示未读消息数量，否则只有一个红点。
在数据页面的选项里面可以打开或者关闭未签到网站的提示。默认关闭。这个开关在检测显示未读消息开关的地方也检测。
适配了一些基于NexusPHP的站点，大约30几个。我没有的、没签到功能的、签到信息不在首页的、签到前后页面没有变化的网站没有适配。
