Describe the Bug

This line is not forward compatible, so PIE is not enabled when adding new versions of Debian, RHEL and SLES:

puppet-runtime/configs/projects/_shared-agent-settings.rb

Line 155 in 71e0463

if platform.name =~ /sles-15|el-8|debian-10/ || platform.is_fedora?

Also Amazon, macOS, Ubuntu and Windows are missing.

Expected Behavior

PIE should be enabled by default on those platforms and only disabled on older versions.
