Scripts and dependencies

Some built-in and noarch scripts require some specific apps.

Some dependencies can be found in the common32/64 repos, other dependencies are provided by the compat distro or a specific pet repo.

PKGS_SPECS

• pet (common32/64): yes|pkg||exe,dev,doc,nls
• compat (deb,txz) : yes|pkg|pkg[,pkg2,etc]|exe,dev,doc,nls
