The assignments in the .env.sample file are incorrect. The correct way to assign environment variables is by directly assigning the values, not by using 'process.env'.
For example, instead of ETHGAS_KEY=process.env.ETHGAS_KEY, it should be ETHGAS_KEY=your_ethgas_key.
Please correct all the assignments in the .env.sample file accordingly.
