Just download the release , extract and run GdxStudiov0.7.1.jar
You cant create a new project for now... Just click open and navigate to the "test" folder and click on config file and open.. You may need to restart the Studio again as it may not load properly..
If the side bars are not showing enable them in the the options menu.

IT WORKS BEST WITH A SCREEN RESOLUTION of 1280x768
